Young India is progressing fast. They all have a dream. A dream to see India as a powerful, inclusive India that can rightly claim it’s place in the comity of Nations. The heroes of the past who had a vision for this country and worked relentlessly, and those amongst us, living legends, would be the right role models for Young India to emulate.
LAMP Trust has also simultaneously launched the Nation Building Project INDIA@2047 : ‘INDIA DREAMS 2047’ : INDIA VISION 2047
We cannot look forward without looking back! The stories of the odds that our heroes of the past faced, and the challenges they overcame, need to be told. Most of them were ordinary people but were resolute in achieving their dream for India. We need to seek inspiration from their lives, their grit and determination in conquering the odds.
Drawing inspiration from the Past to Propel our future, Young India will ensure the Spirit of India lives and thrives.
A list of heroes / role models has been drawn up and posted:
